• Capabilities: Connect to your devices through the AUX and USB inputs at the back of this device or wirelessly using bluetooth. This unit has a built-in 7-channel weather band tuner and works with local AM and FM radio. It charges your device and allows for three speaker Zones with up to 60W/channel and up to eight channels.
• There’s an App for That: Download the iPlug Smart App free from iTunes or the Google Play Store for complete control of your receiver from anywhere on your vessel using bluetooth. From this app you can control the mode, station, song, volume and settings.
• The Do-Everything Box: This black box can be installed under the helm so it’s out of sight and safely away from the harsh elements—which is good because you’ll want to protect this feature-full device for years of excellent sound control on your boat. It connects to the controller with a 13-pin DIN cable and has three preamp outputs for a total of three uniquely controlled zones and eight speakers. Build your ultimate audio experience with subwoofer settings and a peak 480W of powerful sound and independently control the three zones or make changes to all three at once. 
• Personalize Your Sound: This device comes with six preset EQ settings and one User profile to fine-tune your listening experience. Choose from Pop, Rock, Jazz, Classical, Beat, Flat and your personalized sound preset. Create unique listener profiles so you don’t have to adjust the settings every time you set sail.
• Installation: Installation is a breeze with this receiver. Its mechless design means there are no moving parts and because you can control it from anywhere on your vessel, you can also install it anywhere it fits. West Marine strongly recommends against installing this controller where it will be submerged, however, so avoid installation on the hull. The black box is meant for hide-away installation and can be uniquely set up to fit your needs with rearview camera inputs and MWR17 wired remote control compatibility (sold separately).
• Built for Boating: For boating safety, the AM/FM receiver receives NOAA Weatherbands and the receiver is IP66 waterproof to withstand heavy splashing, spray, salt fog and rain. Combined with the UV-resistant faceplate and trim ring and a screen that’s visible even in bright sunlight, this device was made to enhance your boating experience. The black box is rated at IPX5 and is designed for installation our of the elements.
